Since 1977, Gene
Watson Construction has been providing maintenance services to the
oilfields of California. Our company's services are based upon safety,
cost effectiveness, and quality workmanship.
Our Field Supervisors have extensive knowledge in all areas of oilfield
maintenance and construction. Management fully supports the efforts
of GWC Field Supervisors by providing training and all the necessary
resources to them so that they are able to provide the best possible
service. In conjunction with our plan of Continuous Process Improvement
our customers are ensured the highest project value. |

We have a full time Safety Department committed to providing the best training
available, with a concentration on job specific conditions, and providing
a safe working environment. Our Safety Department routinely conducts field
audits to insure that our customers' policies,
as well as our own, are being adhered to in the field. These audits also
encourage an attitude of making safety a behavioral thought process and
making each individual aware of the role they play for their safety and
the safety of others.
