GWC
Mfg. - A Division of Gene Watson Construction
In March of 1998, we opened our ASME authorized welding division. Since
that time, our welding shop has reflected the type of high quality service
our customers have come to expect from Gene Watson Construction.
Our
shop is authorized to have the "U" stamp for the manufacture
and repair of pressure vessels, such as knockouts, separators, and absorbers.
All manufactured vessels are registered with the National Board of Boiler
and Pressure Vessel Inspectors. We can install man-ways, nozzles, and
nipples into existing vessels. GWC Mfg.holds an ASME "U" stamp
for Division 1, but is authorized Division 2 work on vessels.
GWC Mfg. is also authorized to have the "S" stamp for the manufacture
and repair of Power Boilers. We have worked with all facets of Steam Generators,
such as tube replacement and the complete reconstruction of the convection
sections.
GWC Mfg. uses the California Division of Safety and Health: Pressure
Vessel Division as our Authorized Inspector. By having the state as our
A.I., our customers are assured that they are receiving the highest quality
of construction possible. Our zero defects tolerance QA/QC policy assures
strict adherence to exacting specifications.
Our shop has the capabilities for all types of fabrication, large or
small, including stainless steel, carbon steel, and alloy metals. All
fabrication work is performed to meet or exceed the industry standards
regarding quality and material control. Structural work can be performed
both in the field or at our shop, depending on customer preference.
GWC Mfg. and our Project Management Department work
very close on all projects. The Project Management Department assist
in the engineering and scheduling of projects. GWC Mfg. is committed
to completing every project on schedule and within budget while maintaining
Gene Watson Construction's reputation as an industry leader in quality
and safe project performance. This joint effort, with our customers,
assures the project will be completed in the most efficient, cost effective
manner possible.
